Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of BHUMBLE, including Google sign-in, member access, educational content, checkout flows, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BHUMBLE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Account access currently uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Google Sign-In Terms

By using Google sign-in, you authorize BHUMBLE to receive the account details you approve through Google OAuth for authentication and account management. If you revoke Google access or your Google account becomes unavailable, some BHUMBLE features may stop working until you authenticate again.

4. Membership, Orders, and Payments

  • Prices, availability, and product access may change at any time.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on course purchases or merch orders.
  • We may suspend or cancel access if fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use is detected.

5. Educational Content and Financial Advice Disclaimer

BHUMBLE content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. This is not financial advice.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, authentication, or payment controls.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse platform content.

7. Intellectual Property

BHUMBLE branding, content, design, and software are owned by BHUMBLE or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for Terms violations, security risks, or legal compliance reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BHUMBLE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
