About

Money's a puzzle, and it starts with you.

I grew up in East LA, five of us in a two-bedroom apartment, living paycheck to paycheck. My parents never told us we were poor, but I lived it. What they couldn't give us in money, they gave us in grit, values, and an unshakeable work ethic.

After nearly 20 years in corporate America and a car accident that changed everything, I finally learned how money actually works. I built BHUMBLE so you can learn it in a fraction of the time.

Christine with Valentina Picozzi's disappearing Satoshi Nakamoto statue at Bitcoin Beach, El Zonte, El Salvador
Me and Satoshi. Bitcoin Beach, El Zonte, El Salvador. This is Valentina Picozzi's “disappearing” Satoshi Nakamoto statue. It's made of thin steel slices, so from some angles it vanishes, just like the anonymous creator of Bitcoin. Satoshi lives between the lines of the code. It's part of her plan to put 21 statues around the world, one for each of Bitcoin's 21 million coins, with others in Lugano, Tokyo, Vietnam, Miami and the New York Stock Exchange. This one sits in El Zonte, the beach town where Bitcoin was already being used as everyday money before El Salvador made it legal tender. Standing there, I felt it: we are all Satoshi.

BHUMBLE is for education only and is not financial advice.
